Pole Dancing Drop-in Lessons:

Classes held at IOTA , 7pm til 9pm every Tuesday (subject to bookings). Payments to be made in advance, which you can do by click on the "book now" buttons below.

Single group pole lesson: £10 per person for 1 hour
£17 per person for 2 hrs (Prices may vary depending on location, minimum of 5 girls
Drop-in classes enable pupils to learn new moves, brush up their old ones and improve flexibility & strength. We have between 2 & 4 poles (depending on numbers). One end of the room holds beginners and the other holds intermediate+. The 2nd hour will have a choreographed dance routine which pupils can design themselves or learn one of ours.

Pole Dancing Taster:

Pole Dancing Tasters: £7
Taster classes are for pupils looking for a taste into pole dancing, this 1 hour class will hold beginners moves to entice you onto one of our courses. Taster lessons are only run on specific dates at one of our venues only, visit this link to view all dates.

Private Pole Dancing Lessons

Semi-private pole lesson : £30 per person (Based on 2 people, 1 hour lesson)
Private pole lesson: £40 per hour
One on one tutorials enable you to learn your moves at a quicker rate, choose from one of our venues or in the comfort of your own home (removable pole, no fittings required).

Pole or Burlesque home visits

Minimum of 4 persons, fuel costs required if further than Cardiff. Enquire for details

Why not enjoy a pole dancing or burlesque lesson in the comfort of your own home, where one of our teachers visits you with their fully removable pole (no fittings required), you just need to stand in the centre of your room and have enough space to extend your legs 360 degrees.

Stage 1/Beginners - 1st Timers,
Stage 2/Intermediate - Moving On Up,
Stage 3/Pre-advanced - Simply The Best,
Stage 4/Advanced - Too Good To Be True,
Stage 5/Super Advanced - Unbeatable.

6 week course £100 (works out at only £8 per hour)

£20 deposit, £50 part payment (shouldn't say 1/2 up front deposit) & £100 in full.

Our 6 week course includes a detailed course structure/hand-out teaching spins, steps, gyrations & linking movements. A choreographed dance routine is held on the last lesson where you will receive our course certificate

Burlesque

Burlesque Taster: £7
4 week burlesque course, £65
Enjoy one of our burlesque tasters or our 4 week course at one of our venues. Learn the art of striptease with a choreographed show performance ending. Minimum of 5 persons.

Private Exotic Dance Lessons:

*Private Lesson- £30 the hour* - Fancy giving your partner the night of their dreams? £30 for hour in the comfort of your own home or one of our venues.
*3 day course (days of your choice) - £70*. Two days of moves, 3rd lesson choreographed lap dance routine.
This type of dance will boost your confidence and is a great lower body workout. Home visits only, chair work involved (please provide).

Pole Hire

Pole hire available from 1 night to a week, travel costs for locations further than Cardiff will apply, hire contract will apply. Enquire for details

Podium Hire

Only £100 for the night. Hire available from 1 night to a week. Why not have a garden party with a podium dancer from only £200. Travel costs for locations further than Cardiff will apply, hire contract will apply. Enquire for details

Dancer Hire

Fancy having a pole or burlesque dancer at your event? Friendly and professional dancers available from £100 for 2 hours, please enquire for details

What to wear/bring

T-shirt & shorts, trainers & heels (bare foot if preferred), the more skin the better the grip.

Terms & Conditions

Participants must be 16 yrs or over.
All participants are required to fill out a risk disclaimer. Pole dancing may not be suitable for people with heart related and skeletal (neck, back and joint) problems, If you are unsure if you are fit and able to do a session please consult your GP first.
Lateness - we must be informed by text, any time lost can not be replaced.
Cancellations - Refunds given minus £10 administration fee in the event of extreme unfortunate unforeseen circumstances or we can offer you a class transfer date.
Class transfers - we can offer a class transfer if you are unable to attend a specific date on one of our courses but must be informed 24 hours beforehand otherwise this will be forfeited.
Please listen to your instructor, pole dancing can be dangerous, Pole Twisters Ltd are not responsible for any injury caused through not listening to your instructor.
Behaviour - please behave in a friendly & sociable manner at our classes, failure to do so will result in termination of your booking with no refund given.
Merchandise - all merchandise purchased is subject to availability, you will be informed of any cancellations or delays, no refund given to any damaged merchandise after payment, this does not affect your statutory rights.
Bookings - you will be informed by email of all payments & bookings received
£10 administration fee (£50 parties/pole hire) will be taken against any refunds given.
All classes must be pre-booked.
We have the right to alter & change class dates, any paid customers will be informed of the new date.
Missed classes – you must inform us as soon as you are aware otherwise this results in the loss of the specific session.
Health & Safety – we are qualified 1st Aiders with the British Red Cross, we have a 1st aid kit on hand.
Pregnant or injured persons will not be able to participate but will be able to spectate at parties, etc.
No lotions or jewellery to be worn.
