Ladies Morning Classes

• CAN'T MAKE EVENING CLASSES?
• DROPPED YOUR LITTLE ONE OFF TO SCHOOL & THINKING OF SOMETHING NEW TO DO?

If you have dropped your little one off to school, nursery or friend/family members house and have a spare hour free, why not pop down to Ladies pole dancing morning!

You are more than welcome to bring your child along if under 9 months old!! (please note - you can not take part if you have had a baby less than 6 weeks ago, and 6 months for C section).

Drop-in classes enable pupils to learn new moves, brush up their old ones and improve flexibility & strength.  All levels & abilities welcome, if you've never tried pole dancing before to being an expert wishing for extra practice/teaching.

Tea, Coffee, Squash or Water provided.

Lessons currently only available in our Cardiff Dance Studios.

CLASSES COST

£5 pre-pay/bookable below or £6 on arrival (If paying in cash on arrival, please check the homepage calendar on the day to check if the class is still running)
