Strength & Splits

At this weekly drop-in class you will develop strength and endurance to incorporate into your current regime

Have a trick that you've been wanting to nail?  This class will give you the tools necessary to help achieve your goals

Class taught in a circuit style training on and off the pole.  This will include climbing, upper body work, leg work, core work for the first 30 minutes.  The final half hour will be used to hone in on your split flexibility which will include both front and side splits

Suitable for any age, gender and ability including complete beginners.  Our own students and students from outside schools are most welcome to attend

WHAT TO BRING / WEAR - 
Sports / gym wear.  Grip & extra layers for splits training

WHEN - 
Wednesdays @ 7-8pm (1 hour group class)

COST - 
£5 pp
