Limo Hire Terms & Conditions
Introduction
LIMO HIRE
· CANCELLATION – Pole Twisters require 1 months notice prior to the journey date for all cancellations. Cancellations made after this point will be subject to a 50% charge if notified up to 2 weeks prior to travel and 100% if cancelled within 2 weeks of the travel date.
· PASSENGER BEHAVIOUR - Please note that the client named above takes ultimate responsibility for all passengers and for any charges following damage or soiling for the vehicle. The limo company will charge a minimum £75 for any damage or soiling of the vehicle. Any glassware which is broken or stolen is the responsibility of the customer and must be paid for immediately in cash at £5 per Glass or £15 per decanter.
· PERIOD OF HIRE/ADDITIONAL DROP OFFS - The agreed hire rate includes the pick ups and drop offs and waiting periods as detailed above. Unless pre-booked all return trips include a single drop address. Additional hire is at the discretion of the chauffeur and can only take place if punctual arrival to subsequent bookings is not compromised. Additional waiting time is charged at £1 per minute and is paid in cash to the chauffeur before the final drop off point.
· AMENDMENTS - Any requests to modify the above arrangements should be made to us at least 7 days prior to the date of travel and we will endeavor to accommodate changes to your requirements. All bookings will be allowed 1 amendment and further changes will be subject to a £20 amendment fee.
· LOST PROPERTY - Please be advised the limo company can not be held liable for any items left behind. In cases whereby they do find items there will be a charge of £10 minimum handling fee for return postage.
