1 hour classes held at Cardiff Dance Studios:

These classes are for people with a no experience, some experience or loads of pole dancing experience.

Open to anybody who wants to improve on their moves, spins, combinations, tricks, etc. in a class environment with an instructor.

Static & spinning poles available, 45mm & 50mm thickness for all grips, use of mats and 11 poles (applies to Cardiff Dance Studios only)

CLASS COST at Cardiff Dance Studios -

£4 pre-pay below or £5 on arrival for 1 hour classes

£8 pre-pay or £10 on arrival for 2 hour classes

£7 pre-pay below or £8 on arrival
