Pole Jams
Introduction
Pole Jam in our large studio at Cardiff Dance Studios.
Either 1 hour or stay for the 2 hours.
Use of 11 poles, watch and learn from the other students and pick up new moves/combinations.
Practice on static & spinning poles. Use of mats.
You don't have to be a member or student of Pole Twisters.
A fun get-together
Please note - there is not teaching or instruction of moves by our instructors who may be attending these jams
COST
1 hour - £3 pre-pay or £4 on arrival
2 hours - £5 pre-pay or £7 on arrival

Note - In the event of a last minute weekend party booking, this studio may be required and the pole jam will get moved. If this happens, you will be notified 48 hours before the class.
The jam may possibly get held outdoors in the forecourt with podiums if the weather is nice
