This 90 minute workshop will consist of strength moves. Total control on the way up, down, in and out of moves. Students will take time and dedication. The workshop will include technique and strength building for each individual move.
Examples of moves that will be included – Deadlift inverts/ twisted grips / shoulder mounts/ handstands (and control out of them)
Holding moves for longer / flags/ shoulder mount variations, handspring variations and more.
WHERE - In studio 3 (11x pole studio) at Cardiff Dance Studios
WHEN - usually held on Fridays at 6pm or Saturdays at 1pm, view our homepage calendar for the next workshop
WHAT TO WEAR/BRING - Shorts/hot pants & vest top, barefoot or grip slipper socks for winter months, water bottle, grips & own towel
