Parties Terms & Conditions

  • All party enquiries must be made before making any payments
  • Participants must be 16 yrs or over.
  • All provisional bookings must be paid for 48 hours before the party/lesson date
  • All participants are required to fill out a risk disclaimer. Pole dancing may not be suitable for people with heart related and skeletal (neck, back and joint) problems, If you are unsure if you are fit and able to do a session please consult your GP first.
  • Lateness - any time lost can not be replaced.
  • Cancellations - Refunds only given in the event of extreme unfortunate unforeseen circumstances.
  • Party transfers or cancellations - we can offer a party transfer if you are unable to attend a specific date but must be informed 7 days prior otherwise your deposit will be forfeited.
  • Please listen to your instructor, pole dancing can be dangerous, Pole Twisters Ltd are not responsible for any injury caused through not listening to your instructor.
  • Behaviour - please behave in a friendly & sociable manner at our classes, failure to do so will result in termination of your booking with no refund given.
  • Merchandise - all merchandise purchased is subject to availability, you will be informed of any cancellations or delays, no refund given to any damaged merchandise after payment, this does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Bookings - you will be informed by email of all payments & bookings received
  • £10 administration fee taken/required in the event of any future party changes.
  • We have the right to alter & change class dates, any paid customers will be informed of the new date.
  • Health & Safety – we are qualified 1st Aiders with the British Red Cross, we have a 1st aid kit on hand.
  • Pregnant or injured persons will not be able to participate but will be able to spectate at parties, etc.
  • No lotions or jewellery to be worn
  • Any pre-payment or deposit is part payment of the purchase price. Pole Twisters Ltd require full payment of the party price should you choose not to attend or cancel. Pole Twisters Ltd reserve the right to undertaken county court action to recover monies owed and the cost of bringing the claim for non completion of the course should payments not be made within 7 days
  • Limo type/style subject to availability
  • Package 3 - bubbly included, alcohol licencing laws apply, if your party is younger than 18 years of age a non-alcoholic bubbly is supplied
