GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

POLE TWISTERS LTD – Without prior notice, reserves the right to amend, change, delete or add to these terms & conditions

AGE LIMIT – Participants must be 16 yrs & over unless booking Youth vertical classes

PREFERENCES – Classes are mostly all female, however males sometimes attend or can be in the studio at the same time. Please inform us if you have any issues with this prior to your booking or visit by email

POLES - There are 6 poles at our venue.  We can have up to 2x persons per pole per class.  Usually everyone has a pole each but at times you may share with one other. It can get tiring having one pole to yourself and sometimes sharing is great so you can help each other and work as a team. If you have been sharing a pole for a few weeks and would like a turn at a pole yourself just chat to your instructor on the day and I'm sure they will pair up other students instead

CLASS SIZES - are anywhere between 2 and 12.  If you have anxiety or confidence difficulties we recommend that you book private lessons instead

BOOKINGS - All bookings need to be made through our booking system online.  Once you have paid, full information will be listed in your booking confirmation email

CLASS CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS – 24 hours notice is required should you need to amend or cancel a class booking.  Exceptional circumstances will be considered ie. with doctors note or other proof.  If the customer wants to cancel their class 24 hours or more in advance this is either subject to a refund minus 3% transaction fees or alternatively we can put the full amount of the class as credit onto your account so that you can re-book again when you are ready to do so

CLASS AMENDMENTS - If we have to cancel or amend a class date or time and the customer is unable to make the new changes, the class or pre-paid credit will be reapplied back onto the customers account.  Refunds are only available in exceptional circumstances subject to a deduction of a 3% transaction fee

DAMAGES & PERSONAL PROPERTY - Please do not bring anything expensive to the studio.  We do have lockers but we accept no responsibility for losses or theft.  Also please do not wear expensive clothing because sometimes floor work is involved and we can not be responsible for damages or stains to clothing. Make sure that the class you are booking is suited to your current dance ability because there is no teacher to spot you at home, no safety mats or first aid present. For privates we highly recommend you purchase your own safety mat.  You participate at home at your own risk. We recommend you ask a friend or partner to help spot you with any difficult moves

DISCO LIGHTS - we have disco lights at Pole Twisters studios and sometimes our instructors pop these on so if you suffer with epilepsy or are sensitive to strobe or flashing lights, please ask for them to be turned off or speak directly to your instructor or a member of staff present
