Our 6-week Stage 1 Beginners Course is designed to build your strength, coordination, and confidence week by week

  • Sensual Movement & Flow – Body Rolls, Pirouettes, Gyrations, Leg Hooks
  • Intro to Climbing & Inverts – Step-Up Climb, Basic Invert, Horizontal Tuck
  • Strength-Building Techniques – Hanging Grip, Hanging Fall, Scissor Kick, The Frog Princess
  • Creative Expression – Learn to combine moves into a mini routine and explore your own flow
  • Final Showcase Week – Dress up (optional), perform your group routine, and celebrate with photos and certificates!

 

No strength or experience required — every move is broken down step-by-step, and you'll be encouraged to progress at your own pace in a supportive, body-positive environment


You can safely join a beginners course at any point during its run — each week introduces new beginner-friendly moves, and our instructors are always happy to adapt and support you based on your starting point

Stage 2 Pole Course


Our Stage 2 Pole Course is designed for students who have completed Stage 1 or have a solid foundation in basic spins, climbs, and floor-work. This course builds on your existing skills, introducing more dynamic spins, combination sequences, controlled inverts, and elegant poses that improve strength, technique, and flow


Over 6 structured weeks, you’ll explore:

 

  • Spin Combos & Variations
    One-Handed Fireman, Side Spin with Kick, Chair into Reverse Chair, Backwards Spin Variations, Fireman Pull-Up Spin, and more
  • Strength & Climbing Progressions
    Climb & Slide, Reach the Top, Thigh Grip Techniques, Split Grip Practice, and controlled dismounts
  • Inverts & Upside Down Work
    Basic Invert Leg Variations, Bat Preparation, and working with one leg released for balance and form
  • Floorwork & Flow Transitions
    Floor Caterpillar, Triangle Jump, Stroke It Close, and fluid movement between pole and floor
  • Balance, Poses & Expression
    Balanced Back Arch, High Heel Pose, The Swan, and advanced pirouettes
  • Routine Development
    Weekly routine-building to help you connect moves smoothly and express your personal style with creativity and confidence

 

Each class is designed to help you gain strength, grace, and technical control while exploring your own flow. Your final class includes a celebratory routine, fun challenges, and a certificate to mark your progress

Stage 3 Pole Course


Stage 3 is where strength, control, and flow come together. This course is ideal for students who’ve completed Stage 2 and are ready to push themselves with more advanced spins, inverts, and combinations that challenge the full body


Throughout the 6 weeks, you'll work on:


  • Upside-Down Confidence & Control
    The Bat, Hanging V, Lye Back, Voilá, and Split Drop
    (Learn to hold poses using leg grips only and safely transition into and out of inverted moves)
  • Spin Variations & Dynamic Combos
    One-Handed Swan, Reverse Side Spin, Leg Hook Spin, Fireman Pull-Up Variations, Straight Leg Chair, and more
  • Strength-Building Techniques
    Split Grip Knee Raises, Tuck Ups, Shoulder Scissor Kick (shoulder mount prep), Hover Sunwheel
  • Balance & Pose Work
    Crossed Leg Seat, High Heel Variations, Horizontal Spin Variations, and Advanced Pirouettes
  • Creative Transitions & Floorwork
    Cupped Hand Sexy Stepping, Reverse Sexy Stepping, Triangle Jump, and Twirl combos
  • Routine Development
    Learn how to link strength and flow with musicality as you build a more complex and expressive short routine week by week
