A focused 60-minute class combining 30 minutes of active flexibility training (splits, shoulders, back) with 30 minutes of technique work to refine spins, climbs, inverts, grips, and transitions.
Ideal for confident Beginners and up, this class helps improve mobility, clean up your pole technique, and build stronger, more controlled movement
