Welcoming new and old faces at Cardiff Dance Studios
With new beginners courses and other Stages starting and ending this week, Cardiff Dance Studios has been more than busy keeping everyone rushed off they're feet!
Lovely full evening classes and smiling faces in Flexy & Stretch, even when performing the splits! With some awkward looking leg positions, ouch...
Keep up the good work with training as hard as you can, no pain no gain.
Also some pole fitness Stages ending and happy customers booking on to they're next course.

Remember, other teachers might show you something in a different way than your regular teacher, offering fresh insights and perspectives that can deepen your understanding and appreciation of pole dance. So, to all our wonderful students, we want you to know that it's absolutely okay to explore other teachers and classes. In fact, we encourage it! We want you to feel empowered to seek out opportunities that inspire and challenge you. And to our dedicated instructors, thank you for creating a supportive and nurturing environment where students feel encouraged to grow and explore. A huge shout out to all the ladies who got involved in our October 2022 Showcase!
Anyone who knows me , I love my fitness , June this year I decided to take the plunge and try something new and challenging. I decided to try Pole Fitness, I did have reservations thinking I'm a 44 year old woman should I be doing this, but I convinced myself to give it a go...so i booked a taster lesson at https://www.poletwisters.co.uk/ and I loved it !! The confidence it has given me is tremendous, its massively helped with my anxiety,the benefits it has for your mental health and well being is fantastic,and body wise it's a great workout for your whole body . I was asked if I wanted to become a teacher, so October I took my very 1st class..who would of thought it ...not me ,never in a million years ,that in June I walked through those doors a anxious mess and now i'm a pole teacher ! I have met some lovely ladies and made some new friends along the way .
