A great turn-out with some seductive steps
What a great bunch of girls. You all did extremely well and picked up the steps really quickly. A fantastic turn-out with some lovely smiling faces. Giggles all the way.
The class started off taught by our fun-loving director, Lisa with a great warm-up. With the girls having a pole each, using great techniques and support, everyone gave they're own input into designing a flowing, sexy routine.
The experience was photographed and filmed to keep this memory always.

So, to all our wonderful students, we want you to know that it's absolutely okay to explore other teachers and classes. In fact, we encourage it! A huge shout out to all the ladies who got involved in our October 2022 Showcase!
Anyone who knows me , I love my fitness , June this year I decided to take the plunge and try something new and challenging. I decided to try Pole Fitness, I did have reservations thinking I'm a 44 year old woman should I be doing this, but I convinced myself to give it a go...so i booked a taster lesson at https://www.poletwisters.co.uk/ and I loved it !! The confidence it has given me is tremendous, its massively helped with my anxiety,the benefits it has for your mental health and well being is fantastic,and body wise it's a great workout for your whole body . I was asked if I wanted to become a teacher, so October I took my very 1st class..who would of thought it ...not me ,never in a million years ,that in June I walked through those doors a anxious mess and now i'm a pole teacher ! I have met some lovely ladies and made some new friends along the way .
