6 Week Pole Fitness Courses for complete beginners (Stage 1), right up to Stage 10 and Tricks courses. Work your way up through our stages and make some amazing new pole friends
WHATS INCLUDED
- Our 6 week course includes a detailed course structure which will be attached as a link to your email confirmation after booking
- Our instructor will teach spins, gyrations, steps, linking moves and putting short routines together
- 1 hour lesson each week for 6 weeks on the same day & time
- Course certificate, routine designing and group pics on the last lesson
Maybe you've already attended a beginners course or had a few classes and now feel ready to commit to a full course. Our 6-week block offers much better value than paying for individual drop-in classes.

PRICES:
- £60 per person – full 6-week evening or weekend course
- £48 per person – full 6-week daytime course (before 4pm)
- Or join partway through a course for just £10 per class, depending on how many weeks remain (e.g. 2 weeks = £20)
