More Valentines Fun

Our weekly blog talking about whats been happening at Pole Twisters, news, events and more

This week we ran a new taster session as well as a beginner’s course on Mondays at 7pm so keep an eye out for the Stage 2 follow-on course starting in a few weeks if you would like to book!

Also our Monday mixed ability classes at 7pm only need two people to book each week at least 24 hours before the class in order for it to run!

We've got daytime private pole sessions available, just let us know what time you’re interested in and we will let you know if it’s available.

We’ve got loads of pole jams running where you can practice without an instructor and mixed ability classes for all levels. Most of these are subject to pre-bookings but there are also regular timetabled drop-in sessions on our calendar.

On Saturday 17th February we'll be hosting a very exciting Valentine’s inspired dance workshop, going over some sexy gyrations, floor and chair work and a bit of pole (no pole experience necessary). Perfect for wow-ing your partner or even just a massive confidence boost for yourself! Booking costs £15 for 2 hours and places are on sale now here ! We hope to see you there!

If you can’t make it to our workshop or just fancy something a bit different, we are running some private burlesque sessions, which we can do at our studio or in your home. Burlesque is an amazing way to increase body confidence, feel sexy and have a whole lot of fun! In this no-nudity class you’ll go through some basic striptease techniques and end with a classic showgirl style routine. Perfect for those both with and without dance backgrounds, there is no experience necessary whatsoever so join us for what promises to be a wonderful celebration of all body shapes and sizes!

Places are also still available for our burlesque choreography workshop with international burlesque star Aurora Galore! There is a beginner’s class which is beginning to fill up and an advanced class, or do both for £25. We love hosting guest workshops at our studio and this is definitely not one to miss! We have a few other workshops TBA so keep an eye on next weeks blog.

We would love if you guys could leave a review on our Trip Advisor page , and let the world know how much you enjoy our classes! We thoroughly enjoy receiving and reading testimonials from our students and it takes less than five minutes so if you could leave us a good word we would be very grateful!

We want to take a moment to express our gratitude for each and every one of you who brings your passion and energy to our dance studio. Your dedication and enthusiasm make our community vibrant and thriving! We believe that having a variety of experiences and perspectives is essential for growth, both as dancers and as individuals. That's why we want to encourage you to explore and expand your dance journey beyond the comfort of the teacher and class that you love. We recognize the value of seeking out different teachers and classes to broaden your horizons. Trying new teachers, styles, techniques and approaches can enrich your dance experience and help you discover new talents and interests. Remember, other teachers might show you something in a different way than your regular teacher, offering fresh insights and perspectives that can deepen your understanding and appreciation of pole dance. So, to all our wonderful students, we want you to know that it's absolutely okay to explore other teachers and classes. In fact, we encourage it! We want you to feel empowered to seek out opportunities that inspire and challenge you. And to our dedicated instructors, thank you for creating a supportive and nurturing environment where students feel encouraged to grow and explore. Your passion and dedication are what make our dance studio truly special. Let's continue to support each other on our dance journeys and celebrate the diversity and richness of our dance community! #DanceFamily #ExploreAndGrow #DanceJourney

Anyone who knows me , I love my fitness , June this year I decided to take the plunge and try something new and challenging. I decided to try Pole Fitness, I did have reservations thinking I'm a 44 year old woman should I be doing this, but I convinced myself to give it a go...so i booked a taster lesson at https://www.poletwisters.co.uk/ and I loved it !! The confidence it has given me is tremendous, its massively helped with my anxiety, the benefits it has for your mental health and well being is fantastic, and body wise it's a great workout for your whole body . I was asked if I wanted to become a teacher, so October I took my very 1st class..who would of thought it ...not me ,never in a million years ,that in June I walked through those doors a anxious mess and now i'm a pole teacher ! I have met some lovely ladies and made some new friends along the way . So come along and see what pole can do for you,the confidence and passion its given me ... book your taster class and see where it leads https://www.poletwisters.co.uk/ #polefitness #polefit #bodyandmind #polesport #polelife
