Balance & Contortion

Come increase your bendy power, learn to prevent injuries through safe stretching, breathing and stretch in a supportive environment. This yoga-based class will include lots of head/handstands against walls and free and yoga poses including arm balances. All poses used are beneficial for pole and flexibility

Any levels & abilities welcome, no pole dancing experience necessary. Beginners will build strength & confidence, where the more experienced will work on flexibility and form

Mats supplied but welcome to bring your own

COST – £30 per hour (£15 each if shared with a friend). Extra persons can be added at £15 each.  If 6 or more persons wish to book a group private lesson happy to offer this at £10 pp.  Extra discounted deal offered if more than 10x of you.

For Home Visits – Fuel charge may apply if instructor needs to travel far

Ideas on what to wear or bring? warm, non-restrictive clothes (ie. joggers, leggings, socks or leg warmers)
