We have a beautiful modern dance studio available for hire for a range of uses including:

Our 6x poles are fully removable if required.  If you require one (or more poles) to be left up for your photo shoot or video filming please let us know upon booking


The walls are mostly red or mirrored apart from our back wall which is black and has live plants.  Mirrors on one length of the wall and on one width of the wall enabling many angles or you are welcome to cover these.  Black satin draped across the ceiling.  Fluorescent tube lighting on two walls.  Disco lighting with lasers.  Fog machine if required, please inform us upon booking.


The studio size is 10m x 5m

Ceiling height 3m at highest point sloping down to 2m

Max capacity 20 comfortably, possibly 25 depending on the studio requirements / type of dance, please enquire if you have a group larger than 25


Dance instructor hire available at £40 for 1 hour or £60 for 90 minutes, our teachers are trained to teach many dance themes if you are having a hen party. Additional £30 charge if you need our instructor to design a brand new choreography.


Please note - our studio is located upstairs so unsuitable for wheelchair or pushchair access.  No lift are available at the property.  We no longer have any of the other downstairs studios available for hire


STUDIO VIEWING - should you wish to view the studio beforehand, please do not show up at the address because we operate on bookings and members of staff are not there all day.  Contact us to arrange a viewing

DANCE PARTY AGENCIES

Choose how many hours with or without instructor, bubbly, prop hire, etc.

STUDIO HIRE

Ideal for all other uses, filming, photography, video shoots, dance & other rehearsals and children's party room hire


Starting from £30 per hour (but should you be happy to keep our poles up and work around them click here for £15 per hour hire)

DAY RATES

Ideal for conferences, team building days, etc.


Options:

  • Half Day (4 hours, poles stay up) = £50
  • Half Day (4 hours, poles removed) = £80
  • Full Day (8 hours, poles stay up) = £100
  • Full Day (8 hours, poles removed) = £130

PARTIES & EVENTS

Ideal for birthday parties, stag & hen parties, events and any other type of party where you want to hire out our venue


Max 50 participants


You will have exclusive hire of the venue for 7 hours (ie. 7pm until 2am but you can choose your ideal start time)


Bring your own DJ / decks and drinks/cups

Welcome to decorate with balloons and banners
