This 90 minute workshop will consist of playing with poses and shapes, getting you prepared for any photo shoot

Learn perfect simple shapes to more advanced ones

WHO CAN ATTEND - any level welcome including beginners.  Outside students from other schools are most welcome

WHAT TO WEAR / BRING - you are very welcome to bring heels.  Ideally you want to wear your photo shoot outfit or your normal pole clothes.  Bring your own water bottle and hand towel to wipe down your hands and the pole.  Pole Twisters hand grip or similar are acceptable, no sticky grips or grips that will stain our poles
