Flexy & Stretch

A mix of hardcore stretching & yoga skills.

Improve your flexibility in a safe and gentle way.

This is a drop-in class and is open to any level, age or ability.

You do not have to attend pole dancing lessons to attend this class.

The class will include a thorough warm up and stretching routine to improve range of movement and flexibility on the pole.

Please bring – warm, non-restrictive clothes & socks.  Leggings/jogger type clothes.

WHEN – Mondays @ 8pm, Tuesdays @ 8pm or Wednesdays @ 8pm.  Also Saturdays (view homepage calendar 24 hours before as subject to change). 

Please note - should less than 3 students book or turn up the class we will change it to a pole jam instead, or option to attend another class running at the same time.  Any pre-payments will be added to our credit sheet where you can use towards another class.
