WHAT TO WEAR

What to Wear:

Dress in comfortable, form-fitting attire that allows for ease of movement. Consider leggings, yoga pants, or a dance-friendly outfit that makes you feel confident. Tank tops or sports bras paired with a comfortable top are also great choices. Feel free to express your personal style, and remember, the key is to wear something that allows you to move freely

Footwear:

Wear comfortable shoes with non-slip soles. Sneakers (not outside trainers), dance sneakers, or heels with ankle straps are recommended. If you choose heels, make sure they are a height you feel comfortable dancing in. For those who prefer bare feet, that's perfectly acceptable too. Grip socks recommended in winter months

WHAT TO BRING

Water Bottle: Staying hydrated is essential, so bring a water bottle to keep you energized throughout the workshop

Towel or Mat: If you have sensitive knees, you may want to bring a towel or a small mat for certain floor exercises. We do have yoga mats at the studio if you want to borrow one

Open Mind and Positive Attitude: Our workshop is designed to be a fun and empowering experience. Come with an open mind, ready to embrace your sensuality and build confidence

Optional Extras:

Notebook and Pen: If you like taking notes or jotting down choreography, feel free to bring a notebook and pen

Camera or Phone: Capture memories by taking photos or videos if allowed. Check with the instructor first to respect everyone's privacy

Remember, the most important thing is to be comfortable and enjoy the experience. We look forward to dancing with you!
