THESE CLASSES ARE SUITABLE FOR ALL STUDENTS WHO HAVE STRONG INVERTS / LEG HANGS ON BOTH SIDES

Now you know the fundamentals of pole, we will start to introduce you to more complex sequences and combinations.  Here you will also learn new moves up the pole

To name a few moves you will learn - twisted grip practice, hip holds, knee holds, cross ankle release, air walks and stargazers
