✔ Choice of 1-2-1 lessons (shared studio with another class) or Private lessons (exclusive studio hire)

✔ Our friendly instructor will adapt all moves and combinations to your ability, offer strength and flexibility exercises or help with any moves you are finding difficult
✔ Suitable for ages, genders and abilities
✔ 6x poles at different heights (two are over 3 metres high!) with static and spinning options and 40mm or 45mm pole grip/thickness for all hand sizes
✔ Use of safety mats and lots of other training equipment at our studio

✔ Choose to have a pole only lesson or mix it up with some lap dance, or flexibility & stretching, conditioning, splits training or help designing a routine

• WEEKDAYS BEFORE 4PM - 1 hour lesson from £32
• 4PM ONWARDS & WEEKENDS - 1 hour lesson from £35
• Add on extra participants - £15 per person
• Block of 6x 1 hour private lessons for up to 2 persons - £180 (£87.50 pp if 2x attending)
• Home Visits are available with an additional 45p per mile travel charge from Cardiff.  You must have your own pole at home (poles must be either X-Pole or similar models and safely fitted).  Please enquire to book
