You do not have to attend pole dancing lessons to book these classes
The class will include a thorough warm up and stretching routine to improve range of movement and flexibility on or off the pole
Please bring – comfortable non-restrictive clothes, own water bottle and yoga mat. We do have yoga mats to borrow if you forget.
